FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What File Formats do we accept?
Mainly vector formats (e.g. .eps, .cdr, .pdf), but if the material is not in vector format, also bitmap formats (e.g. .jpg, .tiff(LZW compressed)).
For vector format, please include the font or scroll or rasterize the text.
In the case of .eps, .cdr, vector graphics will only be accepted with an attached viewer image.
For .pdf, the layers of the final saved file should be merged. In case of multiple graphics, please include all graphics of the same size in one file. With the appropriate number of pieces.
In our price calculator and by email, the maximum file size that can be uploaded is 25 MB. If you wish to upload a file larger than this size, please use WeeTransfer or Google Drive and send the link to arajanlat@sdhprint.com.

Can I have one piece?
Of course. In this case, the customer must take into consideration that the price per piece may be higher than the price per piece in series production because of the fixed production costs, which are divided into, for example, 100 pieces. We will provide information on this for the specific product when providing a quotation.
Can I pay by card?
No. You can only pay by cash and bank transfer.
Are you open on weekends?
No. Specific opening hours around public holidays can be found on our website.
Can I still improve the graphics on the site?
Yes. We can provide wifi and the guest can modify the graphics on their own computer. If you need to make a major change, our colleague can help you for an extra fee.
